Sorry, but we can't just the quality of a build without some information from you.
  • What's it going to be used for (gaming, video-editing, music production, photo-editing, statistical analysis, AI/ML)?
  • What monitor(s) are being used (make & model, or resolution & refresh rate)
  • What's your max budget
However, from the specs, I'd say it's going to be a general office/home PC?\

Thanks for reply. yes its a general use PC with some ability to play games. I'm happy if their are no obvious clashes of components.

You can see the discussion I engaged in with the OP in order to cater for their needs. They were forthcoming with the information required, as without it it's complete guesswork and we wouldn't take any pride in guessing.

The short answer to your question is no, it doesn't look very good to me. I can't give any feedback other than that without having the information suggested above.
